Plastic boards
Bestseller
POLBLAT has been supplying wooden production boards to customers in Poland and abroad for over 10 years. Tested quality and performance encouraged us to develop and expand the product offer. Thus, we are pleased to familiarize you with the new product of our company which is the production board with polyurethane coating. In the process of implementing this board, we used improvements aimed at eliminating currently identified technological barriers in the production processes of vibro-pressed concrete elements, which negatively affects the quality of the finished concrete product. As a result of the design process, a production board was created in two options: with wooden and plywood root. Therefore, we are the first Polish producer of boards with polyurethane coating.
PLYWOOD ROOT WITH POLYURETHANE COATING:
Specification:
- board size: adjusted to the client’s needs,
- thickness of the board: 40-60 mm,
- thickness of the coating: 2-3 mm,
- type of wood: coniferous plywood,
- type of material: monolith composite material, glued together from intersecting layers of wood (deciduous - alder, birch, coniferous - spruce) in which the fibers of adjacent layers run at right angles (with waterproof glue),
- the edges of the boards are appropriately profiled for the production line equipment and completely covered with a coating (at customer’s request they can be protected with metal semi-closed profile),
- compact homogeneous coating, no gaps or cracks.
WOODEN ROOT WITH POLYURETHANE COATING
Specification:
- board size: adjusted to the client’s needs,
- thickness of the board: 40-60 mm,
- thickness of the coating: 2-3 mm,
- type of wood: high quality pine wood with a density of 500 kg / m3,
- individual boards are joined by a tongue and groove method,
- the edges of the boards are made of metal semi-closed profile, galvanized, pressed in three places and additionally attached to wood with galvanized woodscrews,
- compact homogeneous coating, no gaps or cracks.
TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES INCLUDE
- minimal deflection arrow (possibility of producing large concrete slabs and heavier elements without cracks),
- high resistance to abrasion, impact and vibration (extreme strength),
- high density of products (saving in the form of cement added),
- resistance to weather conditions (boards can be stored outside the hall),
- water resistance (through a dense plastic coating around the entire board),
- low weight (and thus lower demand for energy needed for technological line machines, e.g. compared to steel boards),
- trouble-free operation (without the need to maintain adequate humidity),
- better efficiency of the production line,
- many years of use.
